Day 3 of our 4-day ELIXIRION Complementary Courses 3 & 4 on “Standardization, Patent Writing & IPR Management” has successfully concluded at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA)!

Under the coordination of Prof. Dionysis Xenakis (NKUA), our sessions covered:
- EC funding opportunities: HORIZON EUROPE & research project management principles
- Competitive proposal writing: Explanation of different proposal sections
- Project management: Consortium Agreement, Grant Agreement, meetings, audits, reviews, as well as financial and administrative aspects
- Guidelines for successful proposals: Preparation stage and building a strong consortium
